With an outstanding 29/30 in the D01 subject group (Mathematics, Literature, and English), Nguyễn Diệp Anh, K1 DGS, has become the National Valedictorian in the 2026 Vietnamese High School Graduation Examination.

"I simply tried my best and trusted everything I had learned along the way. After the exam, I still felt there were a few questions I could have done better. That's why becoming the national top scorer came as a complete surprise—and a joy far beyond what I had expected," Diệp Anh shared.

Before this achievement, Diệp Anh had already earned an SAT score of 1560, an IELTS score of 8.0, and an offer of admission from a university in the United States. At the same time, she remained fully committed to the Vietnamese national curriculum (MOET). For Diệp Anh, the international and MOET programs at DGS were never two separate paths to choose between. Instead, they complemented one another, giving her a broader perspective, a stronger academic foundation, and a richer learning journey.

According to Ms. Nguyễn Thùy Dương, Head of the MOET Program at DGS, this achievement is the well-deserved result of a student who is both capable and deeply committed to learning.

"Diệp Anh is an exceptionally thoughtful student. She approaches everything with great care and attention to detail—her classmates even joke that if you want to borrow her scratch paper, your handwriting has to be neat enough first. But what I appreciate most is her willingness to listen. Whenever we sat down to talk about her goals and expectations, she always embraced the conversation with an open mind and turned that guidance into motivation to keep improving."

What makes us proud isn't simply that Diệp Anh became a national top scorer. It's the way she got there—with curiosity, self-discipline, and the quiet belief that learning a little more every day will eventually lead to something extraordinary.
